The Wedding Establishment founder and director, Tanja Radman, has had a long and impressive career in the bridal industry. Her CV boasts everything from designing luxury wedding gowns, to managing weddings in high-end venues, to working in the bridal magazine industry. In addition to running The Wedding Establishment, Tanja is also director of TWE Wedding Planning and is highly sought-after as a wedding planner for some of the country’s highest-end weddings.

Quite simply there was a gap in the market for a service that could showcase the most talented and passionate Australian wedding suppliers to brides seeking a stylish and elegant wedding. Recognising this, wedding guru, Tanja Radman rallied her long-term relationships in the wedding industry and founded The Wedding Establishment in April 2009. Between the online support (www.weddingestablishment.com.au) and TWE Wedding Planning (previously MINC Weddings), The Wedding Establishment has quickly established itself as an invaluable resource for all style-conscious brides.

Our online preferred suppliers, as well as the suppliers we use for our private events and weddings, are exclusively invited to be a part of The Wedding Establishment. This selection is based on quality of work, the level of service provided, reputation amongst peers in the industry, and, very importantly, through feedback provided by ‘real brides’ who have selected these suppliers for their weddings.
